Att ha tråkigt, det är en lyxvara för de upptagna

”Idag hade jag tråkigt i flera timmar. Jag njöt av varje sekund!” 
Jag är ensam hemma (typ) hela helgen och har inte heller haft något planerat, vilket tillhör ovanligheterna. Vanligtvis hade jag väl röjt i tvättstugan eller gjort nåt annat nödvändigt och nyttigt och effektivt, men idag var energin på noll och lättjan svämmade över… Skönt! ❤️ Jag tänker – eller kan –  alltså inte lägga ut några stilfulla bilder på Instagram som skvallrar om ett tillrättalagt och till ytan ordningsamt liv, utan jag tänker snarare gotta mig i tanken på hur passivitet kan skapa energi.
Jag har tillbringat säkert fem eller kanske sex  timmar av min tid åt att ligga i sängen och bara finnas, vilket är en konst i sig om du är en upptagen själ som jag. Det är alltid något som ska fixas, det finns jämt något mail eller meddelande att svara på, någon att som behöver prata eller någon tråksyssla som ska göras. Fast idag tänkte jag att det inte nödvändigtvis måste komma ifrån mig, helt enkelt. Fixandet alltså.
Rätt som det är kommer jag på mig själv att jag ligger där och njuter. Jag njuter över att inte känna mig behövd. Inte vara den som måste göra något – utan snarare den som låter bli, utan att världen går under! 😁 Missförstå mig rätt:  jag tänker att jag är lagom begränsat livsnödvändig i mitt lilla familjeuniversium, inte världen i stort. (Till och med jag har någon form av självinsikt, jag lovar.) 
Antagligen är detta den första dagen på länge som jag vare sig är halvstressad och uppkopplad, utan snarare avstressad och avkopplad. ❤️ Det kanske blir så när man lyxar till det med lite tristess? För att ha tråkigt, det är min själ en lyxvara för de upptagna! Och tvärtom: att känna sig behövd, nödvändig och effektiv är säkert en lyxvara för de oupptagna. Så ä’re nog…
