Nytt år, nya möjligheter.
Onekligen en sliten kliché.
Men det är ju så det är. 🙂
Livet.
Till skillnad från alla gängse normer har jag ett enda nyårslöfte:
att fortsätta uppleva, upptäcka och njuta av livets alla möjligheter,
både på hemmaplan – och på resa…
För den goda sakens skull har jag satt ihop en bucket list över mina stundande resemål! Först ut blir SPA-vistelser eftersom jag tänker att det verkligen kan behövas lite kroppslig och själslig avkoppling efter julstöket.
Du får också några av mina bästa länktips till respektive ställe.

1. Falkenberg Strandbad, Falkenberg
Det kanske låter märkligt att jag som dels älskar SPA, dels älskar att övernatta i havets närhet, inte varit där.
Än.
Men så är det faktiskt!
Jag har letat upp många toppenbra erbjudanden åt kollegor och vänner som åkt dig och kommit tillbaka helnöjda, så jag känner att det snart måste vara dags för mig också!

YSB – systerhotell till Falkenbergs Strandbad – har jag besökt många gånger, och de är ju självklart värt ett återbesök precis när som helst.
Deras underbara relax Seaview är en av mina favoritställen i världen!
Jag har lyckats missa The Creek Experience – deras signature SPA-ritual – men nästa gång ska jag definitivt prova.
Frukostbuffén är svårslagen: de har till och med min personliga lyxfavorit Eggs Benedict på menyn! ❤️

Vilken härlig miljö!
Smögen och Läckbergs Fjällbacka lockar verkligen.

4. Stenungnsbaden Yacht Club & Bluewater SPA, Stenugnsbaden
Där var jag faktiskt gästbloggare för många år sedan!
Tillsammans med barnen och mormor provade jag på allt möjligt under en härlig och intensiv weekend. Vi myste på SPA som då hade lov-öppet för barn, vi kneipp-badade, åt trerätters, gick på yoga och fick massage.
Fantastiskt ställe!
Det är värt varenda slant att uppgradera till ett deluxe-rum:
specialinrett med panoramautsikt över vattnet…
Jag åker gärna dit igen, speciellt eftersom Stenugnsbaden blev utsett till Sveriges bästa SPA-hotell 2017. Det går att ta sig ett dopp i havet (brr!) och värma sig i flyt-bastun.
Är du inte fullt så modig så finns det en utomhuspool med magnifik utsikt över sundet!
Dessutom är det bra fiskevatten för havsöring för de som tycker det är spännande (jag).

  27. It would seem that Maltese taxation is quite severe and the corporate income tax rate does not suggest that Malta is a low tax jurisdiction. However, this is not the case. The fact is that non-resident companies in Malta are entitled to a refund of taxes paid, which allows us to talk about the lower level of taxation in Malta compared to most countries in the world.
    In order to claim a corporate income tax refund, a foreign company must be registered in Malta as a trading or holding company (deriving its income from trading activities or from participation in other organisations, respectively).
    In the tax accounting of a Maltese company, the income earned by it must be recorded in one of four tax accounts: “foreign profits”, “Maltese profits”, “profits from immovable property”, “non-taxable income”. Each type of income is taxed according to its own rules. The final amount of tax is recorded in the fifth account “final tax”.
    Example. Consider the two most common cases: a Maltese company derives profits from trading activities abroad and from participation in other companies. In either case, these profits are subject to statutory tax at 35 per cent, but the Maltese shareholders are entitled to claim a refund of the tax taken from the dividends distributed. The refund rules differ for different types of income.
    If a Maltese company derives income from trading activities outside Malta (and the term “trading” includes both the direct purchase and sale of goods and the provision of services), its shareholders are entitled, upon receipt of the dividend, to apply for a refund of 6/7th of the tax previously paid in Malta. Therefore, the effective income tax rate will be 5 per cent.
