Inte stressa Jännifär

På dagens agenda står tusen och en saker som ska göras! Men jag tänker nu aktivt välja att:
Inte stressa
Inte stressa
Inte stressa
Känner mig plötsligt lite grann som Stig-Helmer när han på flygplatstoaletten försöker övertyga sig själv om att
”Jag KAN flyga, jag ÄR inte rädd.”
Fast jag ska inte ut och flyga, eller ut och cykla för den delen, jag ska ”bara” stressa ner!
Dessutom har jag Stig-Helmers frilla idag, så det passar extra bra med liknelsen, faktiskt.
Inte stressa var det, ja. Bättre att Facebooka lite till, dricka min enorma balja kaffe (som dessutom skulle kunna få sig en påfyllning nu när jag tänker på det) och så ska jag inte tänka på allt som ska fixas utan enbart säga till mig själv:
”Det är vad det är”.
😏
Typ. Jag ska bara hänga tvätten först. Och slå in paket. Och doppa biskvier..och…
Och så var hjärnaktiviteten och De Tusen Tankarnas Planering igång igen.
Men va fan, det är ju svårt det här med att tänka rätt. Det kanske tar sin lilla tid att styra om hjärnan? Det gäller nog att ta små steg på väg mot ett stressfritt liv. Ge sig själv en lagom utmaning, liksom. Bäst att jag låter bli att cykla idag iaf. Det känns absolut säkrast. 😝
