Ja, jävlar vad jag måste vara bra på monologer då, konstaterar jag snabbt.
Fördelen är att man sällan blir ifrågasatt.
Och nackdelen är att man sällan blir ifrågasatt! 😝
I viss utsträckning är det väl bra att fundera och koppla in känslovärlden lite mer i våra överlag alltför uppbokade, uppstressade, inrutade och ofria vardagsliv. Och ibland är det bara överarbetat, överanalyserande och överjobbigt att känna och tänka för mycket.
Kanske är det så att vi måste förlora oss själva lite grann för att faktiskt förstå oss själva? I så fall är jag jätteredo för jag har varit vilse rätt länge nu, typ som att jag haft huvudrollen i Robinson Crusoe, Castaway och Berättelsen om Pi.
Samtidigt.
En liten katastrof av något slag, och sen hamnade man på villovägar och flöt i land på en okänd strand utan önskan att komma dit från första början.
På ett eller annat sätt kastas livet omkull för att aldrig mer bli sig riktigt likt…
Känner du igen dig?
Hur det känns att vara en halvfrämling i sitt eget liv, liksom?
Att inte riktigt känna igen sig själv.
Att vara en vag skugga av den man varit och den man i alla fall trott man vill vara?
Inte nedslagen, utslagen eller ur spel – men ändå inte riktigt samma gamla vanliga Du…
En obekväm känsla.
Det skaver lite i själen, liksom.
Jag tror att det är ofrånkomligt att det blir så, när man tvingas till förändring.
Nu är jag hursomhelst less på att försöka känna mig som hemma på min nya, från början oönskade ö.
Det blev rätt ensamt här, i det nya spännande, osäkra, farliga och utmanande.
Har en mängd nya erfarenheter, viktiga insikter och starka minnen som format mig längs den nya vägen, men nu är jag själsligt rastlös och längtar tillbaka till mitt trygga gamla liv.
Det jag kan och känner till.
Är supersugen på att hitta hem så jag tänkte rita en ny karta åt mig själv!
Ja!
Ta tillbaka mitt vanliga liv.
Fast jag vet att det inte går.
Inte helt och hållet i alla fall.
För De Som Vet säger att det är vare sig sunt, bra eller önskvärt att vara allälskande, överengagerad och hyperenergisk hela tiden.
Lagom är bra!
Tydligen.
Men varför är jag då så dålig på att bara vara ”bra”?
Det kan man undra.
Och fan vad tråkigt det låter med lagom!! 😁
Kanske är det dags att ta ett mentalt snack med mig själv igen så här på natten. Ett själsligt peptalk, liksom. Kanske förstår man sig själv bättre i ensamhet, utan yttre stimuli, när bara månen ser på… ❤️

    Human brain samples collected at autopsy in early 2024 contained more tiny shards of plastic than samples collected eight years prior, according to a preprint posted online in May. A preprint is a study which has not yet been peer-reviewed and published in a journal.

    “The concentrations we saw in the brain tissue of normal individuals, who had an average age of around 45 or 50 years old, were 4,800 micrograms per gram, or 0.5% by weight,” said lead study author Matthew Campen, a regents’ professor of pharmaceutical sciences at the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque.
    “Compared to autopsy brain samples from 2016, that’s about 50% higher,” Campen said. “That would mean that our brains today are 99.5% brain and the rest is plastic.”

    That increase, however, only shows exposure and does not provide information about brain damage, said Phoebe Stapleton, an associate professor of pharmacology and toxicology at Rutgers University in Piscataway, New Jersey, who was not involved in the preprint.

    “It is unclear if, in life, these particles are fluid, entering and leaving the brain, or if they collect in neurological tissues and promote disease,” she said in an email. “Further research is needed to understand how the particles may be interacting with the cells and if this has a toxicological consequence.”

    The brain samples contained 7% to 30% more tiny shards of plastic than samples from the cadavers’ kidneys and liver, according to the preprint.

    “Studies have found these plastics in the human heart, the great blood vessels, the lungs, the liver, the testes, the gastrointestinal tract and the placenta,” said pediatrician and biology professor Dr. Philip Landrigan, director of the Program for Global Public Health and the Common Good and the Global Observatory on Planetary Health at Boston College.

    “It’s important not to scare the hell out of people, because the science in this space is still evolving, and nobody in the year 2024 is going to live without plastic,” said Landrigan, who was not involved with the preprint.
