Imorse tänkte jag skriva några väl valda ord om den här jävla årsdagen – men hela dagen förflöt i nån grå trög sorts förnekelsedimma… När jag satt i bilen och skulle köra hem för dagen så drabbades jag av en stark insikt:
Det här är minsann ingen dag som ska sörjas. 
Det är inget att ha ångest över. 
Det finns ingen anledning att oroa mig.
Det är ingen vits med tänka tillbaka och känna rädsla eller att fokusera på smärtsamma minnen.
Det här är ju en dag att fira! 
För en dag ska vi alla dö. 
Men alla andra dagar ska vi det inte!
Idag var årsdagen av en sån dag: 
en livsdag.
Helt enkelt.
Så istället för att deppa så tvingade jag ut familjen – minus Mommo som var hundvakt – på middag på Vapiano där vi skålade för livet. ❤️
